From waking up in the morning to going to bed at night, we humans walk a lot for various activities. Whether it is getting up in the morning to do housework, going to the market, going to the office, going to school, etc., our movement continues for various reasons. Although every human being has different walking abilities. From that point of view, walking this distance is different. However, this calculation is done on average.
However, walking all day has many benefits. Walking strengthens the leg muscles, keeps the body active, helps digestion, and keeps the brain fresh. Aging comes late.
At the same time walking increases the creativity of the human head keeps the mood good. Stress is also reduced.
